THINKING OUT LOUD

A couple of years ago I had set up a wifi system around my house but it was down, I am thinking of making another one and I am going to name it "wifi republic".

I am going to re-organize my blogs too, now I am testing some templates, trying and testing them at this stage. I am trying to fully utilized the latest blogspot editor. Not doubt that they are better with many needs that are taken care of. However the new blogspot editor lack fluidity where we can used different blog templates for different categories of posts or entries.

However I had thought of this new format. Try anak matlesen to see the new format. The present PERWI is slightly messy as I had attempted to master the new blogspot editor. I think by doing that I had taken extra "memories".

I am still in the learning curve and I may not proceed with the present idea for I have to evaluate either to follow the existing system that blogspot new editor provide or do the necessary such as amending the html on the free template that I had obtained satisfactorily to get a system that I want.

Bukan hanya Lima

Saya yakin dan percaya keputusan kerajaan Negeri Perak bukannya berasaskan kepada tahanan "gulongan berada", tetapi ianya merangkumi kesemua tahanan termasuk yang di tahan atas tuduhan terrorisma yang di dalangi oleh deklarasi Bush "bersama saya atau bersama pengganas" selepas Amerika di kejutkan oleh peristiwa 9-11 yang hingga sekarang belum dapat kepastian jelas, siapa punya angkara!.

Beliau (Pengerusi GMI) juga turut kesal sehingga kini terdapat 64 orang tahanan ISA yang mana seramai 11 orang telah ditahan lebih daripada lima tahun, tujuh orang selama lebih empat tahun, 12 orang selama lebih tiga tahun, 19 orang selama lebih dua tahun, lima orang selama hampir satu tahun dan lima orang ditahan kurang daripada setahun.

9-11 08 : Petaling Jaya Civic Hall

Selangor police chief Khalid Abu Bakar has denied that the police moved in on participants at a candlelight vigil last night while they were singing the national anthem.

"That is what they (participants) are claiming," Khalid told reporters at the Petaling Jaya police district headquarters about midnight.

When told that there was a video recording of the police action, Khalid replied: I am denying it.

He had been asked to comment on the arrest of 23 individuals, including a Malaysiakini videographer Shukri Mohamad and a Catholic priest, in front of the Petaling Jaya civic centre.

Shukri who was wearing a Malaysiakini vest and a media tag was detained for 'participating in an illegal assembly' even though he was clearly media.

Usually police would warn press photographers and videographers not to shoot, but this time according to Shukri, there was no warning. He was held and asked if he wanted to surrender the tape and camera, but before he could explain he was taken to a black maria. . . . watch video

BALA ‘U-TURN’ AND RAJA ‘NO-TURN’

I was told that Raja Petra is working on a second Statutory Declaration or Affidavit in preparation for his trial that will confirm many things not said in the first Statutory Declaration -- which is the basis of his criminal defamation charge. The second Affidavit will be naming names of very senior personalities who walk in the corridors of power and who hold titles such as Tun and Tan Sri.

When the press asked him, minutes after he was released from ISA detention last Friday, his opinion with regards to Najib taking over as Prime Minister in March 2009, Raja Petra replied with confidence, and of course very cheekily, that he does not care about Najib taking over in March 2009 because Anwar Ibrahim will instead be taking over in December 2008. Was he just being cheeky or does he know something the rest of us do not? more

I am a Malay, and proud of it. - RPK

We count our days using a Christian calendar. I am facing various charges for crimes I committed on certain days of the Christian calendar. What was the day of the Islamic calendar, the Hijrah calendar, that I committed my crimes? The charge sheet does not say.

I am facing various charges in a kafir court. The charges I am facing are crimes according to kafir laws. I was also under detention without trial according to a kafir law. In fact, according to Islam, I have not committed any crime. And Islam does not allow for detention without trial.

For that matter not only have I not committed a crime, according to Islam, but what I have done is what Islam has actually made mandatory. Islam makes it mandatory for all Muslims to perform “Amar Makruf, Nahi Munkar”. This means to uphold good and oppose evil. All Muslims must do this without exception. Not doing it, according to Islam, makes you an extremely weak Muslim. . . . read more
