Exiled Leader Fights For Xinjang.

A couple of years ago I had set up a wifi system around my house but it was down, I am thinking of making another one and I am going to name it "wifi republic".

I am going to re-organize my blogs too, now I am testing some templates, trying and testing them at this stage. I am trying to fully utilized the latest blogspot editor. Not doubt that they are better with many needs that are taken care of. However the new blogspot editor lack fluidity where we can used different blog templates for different categories of posts or entries.

However I had thought of this new format. Try
anak matlesen to see the new format. The present PERWI is slightly messy as I had attempted to master the new blogspot editor. I think by doing that I had taken extra "memories".

I am still in the learning curve and I may not proceed with the present idea for I have to evaluate either to follow the existing system that blogspot new editor provide or do the necessary such as amending the html on the free template that I had obtained satisfactorily to get a system that I want.

An open letter to the UN

The suffering of the Palestinians, as well as all those oppressed by foreign occupying forces, be it Iraq or Afghanistan, has become unbearable for the Muslim world. Even the calls by world civil societies and governments to end the Israeli occupation of the Palestinian land are being totally disregarded. This is while the international community is obliged to compel Israel to implement every relevant United Nations' Security Council Resolution and make them withdraw from every occupied area. The international community is also obliged to set implementation actions and measures, similar to those which are enforced in other parts of the world. . read more

Making War under the guise of private security companies

Making war under the guise of private security companies (read mercenaries) is now a norm for the US. Thats an open secret now, as informations have been beaming on the internet that there are some 170,000 US soldiers, 14,500 soldiers from allied Nations to US and surprisingly, 125,000 private contractors or security companies in the list of war dogs in Iraq fighting the dirty war imposed by the American on the Iraqi nation. No wonder we always hear reports of unbecoming behaviors from these US war dogs and the US instead is imposing for a "above the law status" for their war dogs, which have been resisted by the Iraqi Parliament though they are toothless, in reality.

The US is trying hard for the past year to repeat the whole exercise in Lebanon, after paying a key role in creating a political impasse and maintaining Fouad Siniora in power, in order to kill Hezbollah for good. Through my blogs I have highlighted this arms shipments to Beirut on numerous occasions. Now, this is make known through an America MSM itself. Though politics is about perception, so may too, in their heads, how politicians think they should run wars. . . . read more.

RPK Citing The History of Sedition and First 'Royal ISA Detainee'

While on the subject of sedition perhaps we can some knowledge of the 'History of Persekutuan Tanah Melayu', what Malaysia was known then from our RPK, as he puts it,

In honour of Umno’s 62nd Anniversary today, allow me to educate you a bit on some of our forgotten history and the unsung heroes of the fight for Malaya’s independence from Britain. Ironically, the Sedition Act was a British instrument to stifle this struggle for Merdeka and to silence critics to British rule. . . . read more

While at it, we might, as a continuation of 'blogger's ordeal in Malaysia' - being charged under sedition act- study the meaning of 'sedition' from the point of law, it is taken from RPK's Blog too.

Sedition is a law that makes it an offence to criticise leaders considered SUPERIOR BEINGS who are exercising a DIVINE (God-given) mandate, who are, in short, BEYOND CRITICISM. Criticising what these leaders do implies either that they are equal to other men/women or that they are accountable for their acts, both equally offensive, and therefore considered a crime under the Sedition law. . . . read more

Iran has played a major role in securing the agreement which halted violence in Baghdad's Sadr City, says a senior Iraqi legislator.

An Iraqi delegation was sent to Tehran nearly two weeks ago which requested Iran's assistance in ending the violence, senior Dawa Party member Ali al-Adeeb said.

"The Iranians gave a positive response to the demands made by the delegation. They gave those demands to the Sadrist decision makers because they have specific influence on those people," al-Adeeb, who was part of the delegation, told Reuters. . . . read more

Sami al-Hajj is free and in Sudan

Seized in 2001

He was seized by Pakistani intelligence officers while travelling near the Afghan border in December 2001.Despite holding a legitimate visa to work for Al Jazeera's Arabic channel in Afghanistan, he was handed to the US military in January 2002 and sent to Guantanamo Bay.

Al-Hajj, who is originally from Sudan, was held as an "enemy combatant" without ever facing trial or charges. Al-Hajj was never prosecuted at Guantanamo so the US did not make public its full allegations against him.

Free man

A senior US defence official in Washington speaking on condition of anonymity, told the Reuters news agency that al-Hajj was "not being released [but] being transferred to the Sudanese government".

Sudan's justice minister told Al Jazeera that al-Hajj was a free man and would not be arrested or face any charges. Two other Sudanese inmates at Guantanamo, Amir Yacoub al-Amir and Walid Ali, were freed along with al-Hajj. The two said they were blindfolded, handcuffed and chained to their seats during the flight home. . . more including videos

A Blogger's Ordeal - with RPK

I was asked to sit down and wait while they phone the magistrate to come back to work. They also needed to prepare the charge and register my case. It appears like they had decided to charge me first and then prepared the charge and decided which court to charge me in as an afterthought.
