THINKING OUT LOUD

A couple of years ago I had set up a wifi system around my house but it was down, I am thinking of making another one and I am going to name it "wifi republic".

I am going to re-organize my blogs too, now I am testing some templates, trying and testing them at this stage. I am trying to fully utilized the latest blogspot editor. Not doubt that they are better with many needs that are taken care of. However the new blogspot editor lack fluidity where we can used different blog templates for different categories of posts or entries.

However I had thought of this new format. Try anak matlesen to see the new format. The present PERWI is slightly messy as I had attempted to master the new blogspot editor. I think by doing that I had taken extra "memories".

I am still in the learning curve and I may not proceed with the present idea for I have to evaluate either to follow the existing system that blogspot new editor provide or do the necessary such as amending the html on the free template that I had obtained satisfactorily to get a system that I want.

The gist of the CMs Meeting No4, Dewan Beta.

1. Financial

Have managed to collect some during the Launching and Dinner drive. Have not allocated any expenditure in the near future. Can privately refer to Adik Ivy for further details and donations.

2. Education

2.1 Candidates and gifts
22 sat for UPSR, PMR and SPM. Each received a motivational gift of a stationary set.

2.2 Outstanding Performance Gifts

For Outstanding awards – for Straight A’s and First Class Honours students, it was unanimously agreed that a gift will be given starting this year and every year.

3. Spiritual Activities

Religious activities – Breaking of fast was carried out at Che Nab’s, Kak Nor –Ma Zah (Shah Alam), Abe Roh-Mok Long ( Putrajaya / Bangi / Nilai ) dan Kak Mie-Che Nab (Zon Utara)

Other activities such as tahlil arwah Abdul Rahman – Menantu Ma Zah was also done at their place.

In future these activities will be carried out every Ramadhan and similar other activities on other occasions.

4. PERWI's logo.

It was unanimously agreed that the LOGO – colour version used at the launching is taken as the official logo representing PERWI.

5. PERWI’s AGM

RoS had allowed PERWI to have their first AGM by 24 July 2007. PERWI CMs had tentatively fixed the first AGM on 2 June 2007, the venue Dewan New Horizon, Wakaf Che Yeh.

6. PERWI - members welfare.

The CMs intended to include members under Takaful Malaysia Group Plan. It will cost some RM35.00 per member annum. The CMs have yet to decide to make it from the membership fees or paid extra over.

7. Secretariat PERWI. ( in KB )

In the interest to solidified the management and to monitor PERWI’s projects the CMs intend to establish a secretariat in Kota Bharu in the near future. CMs are looking into this possibility and its financial applications.

Message from The Secretary.

Greetings and salutations from the Secretary. He wishes you are healthy and happy with your beloved family.

Firstly, the secretary wishes to express his humble apologies for postponing the meeting, scheduled on the 25 February to a new date, for an inability to obtain a leave from work due to some big event organized by his office.

The CM’s of PERWI will have a meeting ( no 5 ) schedule on a Saturday the 10 March 2007 at the Chairperson’s residence. This date will coincide with the early school break, with a view to allow an for opportunity for CM’s outside Klang Valley to be present and participate in the meeting.

The purpose of the meting is to review activities carried out throughout 2006 and including to come out with a program for 2007, especially the premier program, The First PERWI Annual General Meeting schedule to be on the 2 June 2007 as agreed at the last CM’s meeting.
